AIR Tanzania ready to fly again to Mwanza and Dar.

Reports from Tanzania reveal that Air Tanzania just started to fly again to its old route between Dar es Salaam and Mwanza, passing through the Kilimanjaro region and it will be flying through two times every day that in the morning and in the evening hours between the commercial capital as well as the safari capital Arusha and the lake side town of Mwanza.

According to the sources, a return ticket is at 199.000 Tanzania Shillings while the one way ticket is  136.000 TShs and this is done to attract more  passengers a way from the other airlines which are more expensive before you consider other factors like reliability, ground and in flight service. There are flight 4 times in a day flying between  Dar and Mwanza while they fly  7 times every  day between Dar and Kilimanjaro and this therefore means that they leave their weaknesses to be handled by their competitors in their struggle to become like them Air Tanzania.

The airline is currently trying to get a new jet and the Bombardier Q300 aircraft while the one that had an accident in Kigoma is under repair so that it can fly again because ATCL needs to be using more than one plane which are back up as well as flying to other places to other too if the airline is to stay in business because currently potential travelers are still observing the performance of the Air Tanzania before they can start going for it.   Air Tanzania will have to work so hard to get  to market its services , attract as many  passengers as possible on the Tanzania’s’ domestic routes which has just taken a turn to the wild side.
