Itinerary
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport where your guide will welcome you and transfer you to Kampala. If time allows, explore the historical and cultural landmarks of Uganda’s capital, known for its iconic seven hills. Visit Rubaga and Namirembe Cathedrals, Makerere University, the Kabaka’s Palace, Uganda Museum, and vibrant local craft markets.
Head north to Murchison Falls, stopping to witness the Nile crash through a narrow gorge before plunging 43 meters below. Cross the Nile by ferry to your lodge, spotting hippos and buffaloes along the riverbanks.
Track chimpanzees in the untouched Kaniyo Pabidi forest, home to towering mahoganies and rare forest birds. Later, take a thrilling boat cruise along the Nile to spot crocodiles, hippos, and elephants near the water’s edge.
Enjoy a sunrise game drive across the savannah. Look for giraffes, lions, antelopes, and more. In the afternoon, cruise to the base of Murchison Falls for a dramatic view of the roaring cataract.
